Author corrections are any changes made to work after the brief has been addressed and design has been accepted. We will work with you to get the design right however if you change the original brief or supply us with new content after we have started you will be charged an hourly rate to make the adjustments. Authors corrections are in your control. If the brief is clear and the content has been proofed prior to providing it for layout then you will not incur any authors corrections.

The time from client brief to live website will vary depending on the size of the website, and what functionality we are required to integrate. In general, the design concept stage can take up to 2 weeks (relying on client feedback) and the development stage can take up to 3 weeks (depending on how quickly Sprout receives content from the client).
